My Story
My love for baking brought about my very own bakery stall at markets all throughout Melbourne Australia. Once I returned to Scotland, I missed the market lifestyle and of course the baking, but I had always longed to operate a boutique coffee shop (and Christmas shop!). I passionately crafted my own recipes, and my gingerbread cake and ginger biscuits were a particular hit. This journey has now led me to the birth of the Gingerbread Company, in the beautiful Scottish Highlands. A pretty coffee shop full of tasty treats, with giftware for all occasions.
